What is Gift the Glow?

Gift the Glow is an online gift shop for women and the people who love them. We sell gifts husbands and partners buy for their wives and girlfriends, beauty products and makeup tools women buy for themselves, personalized name jewelry, and a For Him section. Prices are in US dollars and we ship worldwide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to almost every country, with tracking on every order. Standard tracked shipping is $4.99, and shipping is free on orders of $49 and up.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch: United States 6–13 days, United Kingdom 4–10 days, EU 6–10 days, Canada 8–15 days, Australia and New Zealand 6–14 days, Israel 7–12 days, rest of the world 7–20 days. Personalized pieces need 3–7 extra days to make. Times can be longer around holidays or because of customs.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the link in that email to follow your package. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, email us at mpost8788@gmail.com.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Orders ship from our suppliers' warehouses abroad. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery; they are set by your local customs authority and paid by the customer. Most orders under local low-value limits arrive with no extra charge.

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email mpost8788@gmail.com with your order number to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, bonnets and similar personal-care items can't be returned unless defective. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How do personalized products work?

On a personalized product page (name necklaces and engraved bracelets) you type the name, date or words in the “Name to engrave” box before adding to cart, and choose the font and metal colour. Each piece is made to order with exactly what you typed, so please check the spelling. Personalized items need 3–7 extra days to make. Because they are made just for you, they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or wrong.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift box?

A Gift the Glow gift box is coming soon. For now, our Gift Bundles collection has ready-made gift sets that arrive together, ready to give.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and we ship straight to them with tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments go through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. The payment methods available in your country are shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

Are your products good gifts for a wife or girlfriend?

Do you have gifts for men?

Yes. Our For Him collection has slim leather wallets, travel watch cases, magnetic card holders and engraved name bracelets for men, and our Sets collection has silk tie, bow tie, cufflink and grooming gift sets.
